Talent Guardian is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious private estate for a Luxury Estate Housekeeper to join their Guest Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced housekeeping or hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards and enjoys working within a beautiful, high-end environment.

Working across a luxury private estate, you will play a key role in ensuring all external guest-facing areas are presented to the highest possible standard at all times. This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, has a keen eye for detail and understands the importance of delivering a first-class experience.

The Role
As a Luxury Estate Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the cleanliness, presentation and upkeep of outdoor areas across the estate, ensuring guests and visitors experience immaculate surroundings at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all outdoor guest areas
Ensuring patios, pathways, entrances and seating areas are kept immaculate
Monitoring the estate and responding proactively to any housekeeping requirements
Removing litter, debris and any hazards promptly
Cleaning and maintaining outdoor furniture and coverings
Ensuring external areas remain welcoming and guest-ready throughout the day
Carrying out jet washing and deep cleaning of outdoor surfaces where required
Maintaining the cleanliness of children's entertainment and guest areas
Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant teams
Supporting the wider Guest Services team with general estate presentation duties
Maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail About You
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating exceptional environments and takes pride in their work.

You will ideally have:

Previous housekeeping, hospitality or cleaning experience
Experience within luxury hospitality, private households, hotels or guest services environments
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive and self-motivated approach
Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
Experience using cleaning equipment and machinery
The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
A positive, professional and can-do attitude What's on Offer
