Proactive Global is Hiring: Assembly Operatives
Location: Chertsey, KT16 0AW
Hours: 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday (choose your preference)
Pay: £13-£15 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
Proactive Global is seeking motivated Assembly Operatives to join an innovative manufacturing business. In this role, you will be responsible for performing basic assembly tasks, using both hand and power tools, contributing to the production of high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical assembly of small and intricate parts and components
Follow clear instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Use small hand tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work areaWhat We're Looking For:

Basic experience with hand tools or mechanical assembly is a plus
Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions
