MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced customer service & sales representative to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that is looking to progress themselves within a customer service and sales-based role, with the company offering training and qualifications. The Role you will be doing;

* Make calls to new and existing customer

* Promote our product range, which you will be fully trained on

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

* Generate quotes and follow up on sales leads

* Develop relationships with our customers and reseller partnership accounts

* You will be working Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm; Friday 9am to 1pm.

About You;

* Previous experience within a customer service/sales role.

* It would be desirable if the candidate had a knowledge of Microsoft office.

* Enthusiastic and driven

* Strong communicator and a professional telephone manner
