We are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary school supporting students with a range of complex learning needs.

This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils who may be non-verbal and require personal care support throughout the school day. You will help students access learning, develop communication and life skills, and provide the encouragement and consistency they need to thrive both academically and socially.

The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs. Previous experience in education, care, support work, residential settings or working with individuals with SEND, autism or complex needs would be highly beneficial.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, proactive and able to build positive relationships with students, staff and families. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Full-time, ongoing position. Competitive daily rate with the potential for a permanent opportunity
