Job description

Handling inbound calls to process stationery orders over the phone

Inputting customer data on company databases
Managing emails from clients and customers
Outbound calls to organise collections of customers PDQ machines
Working with our courier and engineers to organise visits to customers businesses
Tracking orders to ensure all runs smoothly
Must be familiar with Excel
Comfortable with speaking / email in Polish but also can adapt to other campaigns that will be speaking English / emailing in EnglishIf you have the skills needed for this role then please submit your CV and I will be in touch.
