The role:
This rewarding opportunity involves supporting children in early years (nursery and reception). You will work on a 1:1 basis with key students who have additional needs (SEN).
About you:
Will need to have experience working with young children, ideally as a teaching assistant within an early years (nursery/reception) or primary school setting (ideally key stage 1).
Warm, patient, caring and able to build trusting relationships with children.
Believe in play- based approaches to learning and development
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Able to support children's language, literacy, numeracy and social development.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
