Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their client based in Chapeltown who are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a Fixed term duration of 12 months.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include;
* Processing orders
* Liaising with the sales team and other key stakeholders
* Being the point of contact for customer for any queries, issues and updates
* Entering and updating order information within the system
* Key account management
Candidate Requirements for the Customer Service Representative role:
* Experience of working within a customer service environment
* Good written and verbal skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
* Experience of using ERP systems
The right candidate will be pro-active and a positive addition to the customer service team. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, participate in meetings, and provide first class customer service.
