German Speaking Customer Service Representative – Sheffield – Up to £29,000 (Hybrid)
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a global manufacturing and distribution business in the Sheffield area who are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative to join their passionate and dedicated team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and successful business, contributing towards the overall customer experience by supporting across the customer order process.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Receiving customer orders via incoming mail, telephone, and/or electronic contact regarding the organisation’s products and/or services
Working to ensure all orders received are entered into the ERP by order cut-off time
Assisting with reviewing and coordinating customer service activities pertaining to shipping, plant schedules, inventory levels, and sales activities by reviewing reports, orders, shipments, and other information as required or directed by management
Identifying customer issues that need to be escalated to management in a timely fashion
Developing and reviewing correspondence and documentation as appropriate regarding interaction with customers and responds to questions and concerns
Building relationships with internal departments to ensure best service to end customer is achieved
Required Skills & Experience:
Language skills: German (essential)
Proven customer service experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team and build customer relationships
IT literate and adaptable to new software/systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Sage etc
