Contract type Permanent

We’re looking for a People Administrator who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to be at the heart of everything people-related in our organisation.

At Honeycomb Group, we’re driven by curiosity and ambition and this role is perfect for someone who’s always looking to learn, improve, and strive for excellence. As our People Administrator, you’ll be the friendly, approachable first point of contact for People queries, the go-to person who helps keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll be involved across the full employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, development, and beyond. You’ll work collaboratively across teams because here, we never shut the door, we stay open, supportive, and connected.

No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating interviews or producing contracts, the next supporting payroll processes or contributing to exciting L&D initiatives. You'll love being part of a team that strives to be the very best in how we support our people.

What you’ll do

* Facilitate recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, managing applications, and arranging interviews

* Process pre-employment checks and onboarding administration with accuracy and compliance

* Triage team enquiries and respond in a dead genuine, helpful, and professional way

* Provide administrative support across payroll and people processes throughout the employee lifecycle

* Maintain and update people and L&D systems, ensuring GDPR-compliant data and producing reports

* Support absence management, learning and development activities, and contribute to team projects

Who you are

* Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)

* Experienced in a fast-paced HR or administrative environment

* A strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels

* Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail

* Knowledgeable in employment law and GDPR, with practical experience

* Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative — you’re someone who brings people together

* Systems-savvy, confident using Microsoft Office (including Excel) and HR systems

* Naturally curious — always looking for better ways of doing things and keen to grow your knowledge

We’ll be interviewing as we go and may close the application early if we find the right person.
