Are you a fluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment where organisation, accuracy, and communication are key Workshop Recruitment is supporting a global manufacturing business in the search for a Spanish & Portuguese Sales Administrator to join their busy customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to develop their career within a well-established international organisation. The successful Spanish & Portuguese Sales Administrator will provide administrative and sales support to customers across Spanish and Portuguese-speaking regions, ensuring enquiries, orders, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email
Provide sales administration support to internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, quotations, and product information
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries
Monitor order progress and provide updates where required
Support the wider sales and customer service team
Skills & Knowledge Required
Fluent Spanish and Portuguese language skills, both written and spoken
Previous sales administration or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Professional and customer-focused approach
Experience working within an international business environment advantageous
Additional Information
£30-36K depending on experience
37.5-hour working week, 45-minute lunch break
