Our client, a reputable independent family-run HGV commercial bodyshop, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join their team in Ashford, Middlesex. Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and skills
29 days holiday, including public holidays
£2,000 incentive paid after six months of service
Annual pay reviews based on performance

Monday to Thursday working hours from 07:00 to 17:00, Fridays from 07:00 to 15:00 (45.5-hour week)

Conduct high-quality mechanical, electrical, and body repairs on HGV and commercial vehicles
Diagnose vehicle faults using appropriate tools and techniques

Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly for repairs and inspections
Contribute to the team by sharing expertise and supporting colleagues as requiredRequirements:
Proven experience as an MET Technician, Auto Electrician, or similar role within the commercial vehicle sector
Strong knowledge of HGV systems and electrical diagnostics
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
