We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our specialist school supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students, promoting their academic, social, emotional, and communication development.
Key responsibilities include creating personalised learning programmes, implementing effective behaviour support strategies, working collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with ASD, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enabling every pupil to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for QTS Teachers with a strong passion for SEN. Ideal candidates will live local to Chelmsford or have a full driving licence
