We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our specialist school supporting pupils with a range of needs. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students, promoting their academic, social, emotional, and communication development.
Key responsibilities include creating personalised learning programmes, implementing effective behaviour support strategies, working collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with ASD, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enabling every pupil to achieve their full potential.
We welcome all applicants but those with a QTS and driving license or who are local to the Southend area are preferred
