The Role - Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with KS1 and KS2 pupils who need additional support with their behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. You will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop positive coping strategies and build confidence within the classroom environment. Working alongside teachers and the SEN team, you will implement behaviour support plans and encourage pupils to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be proactive, understanding, and confident in managing challenging behaviour. Experience supporting pupils with ADHD, SEMH, or similar needs is highly desirable.
