Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* SENDCo qualification, or willingness to undertake the qualification
* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
* Experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for SEND pupils
