We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our growing team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex care requirements in North Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centred care and support.
• Promote independence and dignity.
• Support service users with daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Administer medication in line with training and policies.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months UK Support Worker experience.
• Medication Administration (Theory).
• Lone Worker Training.
• Up-to-date mandatory training.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Training and Experience:
• Learning Disability & Autism Awareness.
• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS Foundation).
• Epilepsy Care.
• Buccal Medication.
• PEG Feeding.
• Diabetes Awareness.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
