Recruitment Alba are currently recruiting for a letting administrator on behalf of our client based in Stirling.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and professional lettings team. The successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused and confident communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

* Arranging and conducting property viewings

* Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors

* Handling enquiries via telephone and email

* Assisting with tenancy agreements and administration

* Carrying out property inspections and routine checks

* Supporting the day-to-day operation of the lettings office

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Professional and friendly approach

* Good IT and administrative skills

* Previous experience within lettings, property or a customer service environment is preferred but not essential

* Full UK driving licence preferred

Hours & Pay

* Monday to Friday

* 9:00am – 5:00pm

* £13.50 per hour
