We are currently looking for a compassionate and committed Female Community Care Worker to join our growing team, supporting individuals in their own homes within the community.
About the Role
As a Community Care Worker, you will support individuals to remain independent in their own homes. Your role will include:
* Supporting with personal care
* Assisting with daily living tasks
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Supporting with meals, hydration, and medication
* Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their goals
What We’re Looking For
* A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
* A full UK driving licence – essential
* Access to a vehicle for work
* Good communication skills
* A genuine commitment to supporting others
