Responsibilities:
Manage and control project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
Collaborate with project teams to establish efficient document management processes.
Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure seamless project workflows.
Organize, categorize, and maintain both digital and hard copy project documents.
Track revisions, versions, and distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
Familiarity with Multi Room Projects, preferably with values up to £100 million.
Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience with main contractors on large-scale construction projects.
Knowledge of construction documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
