We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SD and MM Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on SAP Logistics experience to support complex SAP initiatives in a fast-paced and demanding project environment.

• Location: Remote
• Based in Europe
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: long-term (6 months + 12 months onwards)
• Rate: 400 - 500 EUR per day (negotiable, please share your best)

The successful candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP SD and a strong delivery mindset. The role requires a professional who can work well in teams and independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, proactively drive activities to completion, and perform effectively under significant workload and project pressure.

The consultant must be capable of taking ownership of assigned workstreams, navigating challenging situations, and ensuring high-quality delivery while adhering to project governance, timelines, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
• Manage complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support SAP implementation, rollout, transformation, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and technical teams.
• Drive issue resolution and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design decisions and process improvements.
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, deployment, and hypercare phases.
• Share best practices across the project team.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of SAP SD/MM consulting experience.
• Proven experience in complex international SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and SAP MM processes, pricing and condition technique, shipping and transportation, intercompany sales, billing and invoicing, Purchasing, IM, STOs.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with FI, WM, PP and external systems.

Nice to have:

• familiarity with reading and debugging ABAP code, which is highly valuable for troubleshooting errors and writing functional specifications for developers.
