I have a client looking to onboard a Cognos Controller Analyst to help with a project to migrate away from a parent/group organisation to having their own instance (carve out).

Experience in eliciting requirements in relation to configuraton of IBM Cognos is the main skill required. There is a Tech implementer so a lot of the heavy lifting is done so we don't need config skills, this is essentially a BA role to help with the migration process.
