MMP are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support our client in Redditch.
This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination of surveys, appointments, and resident communications. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Scan and upload survey documentation to SharePoint, ensuring all files are accurately stored within the correct property address folders.
Maintain and update the survey tracker, ensuring all completed surveys and progress updates are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Arrange and re-schedule appointments for properties where access was not gained, including issuing written correspondence (letters) to residents.
Manage the freephone line, handling inbound calls from residents and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist residents with rearranging appointments and provide clear information regarding survey schedules.
Support the wider team with general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required.
Ensure all records are kept up to date and comply with data management and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience in an office environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems is desirable.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Professional and confident telephone manner
