Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Studley/Redditch

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (office based)

HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator for one of our clients based between Studley and Redditch.

They are looking for a highly organised Warehouse Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of the sites. This role is central to ensuring accurate stock control, smooth customer communication, timely billing, and efficient operational processes. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and warehouse teams to maintain accurate records, streamline admin tasks, and help improve operational efficiency.

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Maintain and update customer stock spreadsheets daily, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all warehouse locations.

· Process stock movements including goods‑in, goods‑out, relocations, and adjustments.

· Liaise with warehouse supervisors to coordinate incoming deliveries, dispatches, and customer collections.

· Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries regarding stock levels, deliveries, collections, and storage requirements.

· Collate monthly storage charges for all customers based on stock levels, pallet counts, or agreed pricing structures.

· Prepare invoices or billing summaries for the accounts team.

· Support compliance tasks such as health & safety documentation, equipment checks, and audit preparation.

· Schedule meetings, site visits, and customer appointments when required.

· Provide general administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and warehouse teams.

Skills and experience needed:

· Strong experience with Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting, pivot tables desirable).

· Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock‑related admin role is preferred.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple warehouse sites.

· Experience with stock management systems
