The Role

Paid to scale (M1–M6 dependent on experience)
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and inspiring lessons
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils to achieve their full academic and personal potential
Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families
Contributing to the wider life of the school community
