The Role:
Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position

Supporting pupils with highly complex additional needs
Working across primary and secondary age ranges
Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
Assisting with learning, communication, social development, and personal care where required
Collaborating closely with teaching staff and multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable
A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Commitment to helping every child reach their full potential
Essential Requirement:
To fast-track your application, you must hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.
