Full Time: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £29,344–£44,919

As an SEN Teacher, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering tailored lessons to ensure access to learning.
Key responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons
Support pupils with mixed SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, MLD)
Adapt curriculum to suit individual learning styles
Work with TAs and SENCO
Monitor progress and adjust strategies
Maintain structured routines
The classroom environment
Supportive and structured
Focused on individual progress
Clear routines
Calm and consistent
Skills and experience
Experience with SEN pupils
Strong differentiation skills
Patience and resilience
Organisation and planning
What success looks like
Pupils engage in learning
Progress is visible
Confidence increases
Learning becomes accessible
QTS is desirable; strong SEN experience considered
