* Execute pricing activity within agreed commercial frameworks and performance targets.

Stock & Inventory Management

* Coordinate stock team activities to achieve required quality, volume, and productivity targets.

* Identify and implement actions to reduce aged inventory and improve stock turn.

* Support continuous improvement of inventory processes to increase speed, efficiency, and accuracy.

Systems, Data & Automation

* Work with pricing platforms and third-party providers to enhance pricing automation and performance.

* Develop and refine pricing rules, logic, and processes to support scalable growth.

* Maintain high standards of data integrity and product information.

* Support improvements to reporting, business intelligence, and pricing infrastructure.

* Drive process improvements across pricing, stock management, and commercial analytics.

Experience & Skills

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

* Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, trading, e-commerce, or a similar analytical role.

* Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making and business performance.

* Strong experience working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalent.

* Experience analysing large datasets including sales, stock, pricing, and operational data.

* Understanding of inventory management metrics and stock performance indicators.

* Exposure to pricing systems, automation tools, or algorithm-driven pricing models.

Personal Attributes

* Strong commercial judgement and decision-making capability.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to identify opportunities and act on insights independently.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Effective communicator capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams.
