Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified – RGN/RMN)
South Molton, Devon
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to join a high-quality nursing home in South Molton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Senior Nurse looking to progress their career within a well-supported and highly regarded service.
The Role
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday supernumerary position
* Every other weekend on duty
* Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
* Leading the clinical team and promoting high standards of care
* Conducting audits, supervision, training and quality improvement initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
The Home
* High-end dementia and general nursing service
* Good CQC rating in all areas
* Stable and supportive management structure
* Resident-focused approach to care
Package
* Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
* Supernumerary management role
* Ongoing training and professional development

About You
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
* Previous senior-level experience within a nursing home setting
* Experience working with dementia
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
