SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary School Support**

Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated **SEND Teaching Assistant** to support pupils with additional needs within a primary school setting.
The school is looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion and can support children with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and learning differences.
The successful candidate will help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop independence within the classroom.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with SEND across the classroom
* Helping adapt activities to meet individual learning needs
* Delivering small-group support and interventions
* Supporting communication, confidence, and independence
* Working alongside teachers and the SENCO
* Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Experience supporting children with SEND
* Recent experience within a UK school or education setting
* Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of inclusive classroom practices
* Passionate about helping every child succeed
