The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Semi-Skilled Electrical Fitter to join a growing and well-established manufacturer specialising in bespoke low voltage (LV) switchgear. The Role
Working as part of the production team and reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring bespoke LV switchgear and control panels. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a keen eye for detail and experience with electrical assembly.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble switchgear and control panels to engineering and line drawings

* Carry out wiring, terminations, and electrical connections

* Ensure all work meets quality standards and internal QA checks

* Accurately complete documentation and work packs

* Follow all health & safety procedures on site

* Work to production deadlines

What We’re Looking For

* Basic understanding of electrical assembly or manufacturing

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics

* Experience using hand and battery tools

* Strong attention to detail and quality

* Ability to work independently and within a team

* Good communication skills

* Right to work in the UK

Desirable (but not essential)

* Previous experience in switchgear or electrical manufacturing
