Your responsibilities as Service Desk Administrator
Manage and coordinate requests through the management platform
Liaise with onsite engineers and technical support teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
Schedule preventative maintenance activities across multiple client locations
Maintain accurate equipment inventories, records and documentation
Support performance reporting through accurate data collection and administration
Act as a key point of contact for customer communications and updates
What we’re looking for in a Service Desk Administrator
Previous experience within service coordination, technical support or similar operational environments
Knowledge of audio-visual technology, conferencing systems or related technical equipment
Experience using service management or ticketing systems
Strong administrative, documentation and scheduling capabilities
Experience maintaining asset records, maintenance schedules and service reports
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
