Whether you're currently working as an RSCN, Children's Nurse, Paediatric Nurse, or Paediatric Community Nurse, this opportunity offers a genuine alternative to busy ward environments while maintaining high clinical standards.
This Community Paediatric Nurse role combines specialist clinical work with an exceptional work-life balance. You'll manage a small caseload, build meaningful relationships with families, and be supported by a well-established clinical team that prioritises quality care over targets and volume.
Package & Benefits
Base salary up to £39,000 per annum.
Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance.
Monday to Friday working with no nights or weekends.
33 days annual leave including bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.About You
Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN.
Experience working within hospital or community paediatric settings.
Competent in cannulation, subcutaneous injections, and clinical assessment.
