We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical works on a residential development project. This role will be responsible for managing M&E activities from installation through commissioning and handover, ensuring work is completed safely, to programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
M&E Site Manager Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations for all M&E activities across the residential project.
* Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical subcontractors to maintain programme delivery.
* Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.
* Monitor quality standards and carry out inspections and snagging processes.
* Lead site health & safety compliance and enforce safe working practices.
* Chair and attend coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Review and manage installation progress against programme milestones.
* Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
* Resolve technical and logistical issues on site efficiently.
* Maintain site records, reporting, and progress updates.
M&E Site Manager Requirements
* Black / Gold ECS
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on residential developments.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within multi-unit residential schemes.
* Experience coordinating subcontractor packages and managing site teams.
* Good understanding of commissioning and handover processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong communication and organisational skills..
* Relevant M&E qualification or trade background preferred.
