We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Cardiff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to join a supportive care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing, residential and dementia care.

The Role

* Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care

* Administer medications and manage clinical interventions

* Develop, implement and review care plans

* Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond appropriately to changing needs

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents and families

* Support and mentor care staff to maintain high standards of care

About You
