We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to work within a supportive environment that prioritises high-quality, person-centred care for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex nursing needs.
The Role
* Deliver high standards of clinical care and nursing support
* Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
* Develop and review individual care plans
* Work closely with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team
* Support and mentor care staff where required
* Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and CQC standards
