Project Manager – High-End Residential
Location: South West London
An established high-end residential contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury refurbishment and conversion projects across some of London's most sought-after locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing Project Manager with a strong background in prime residential construction and refurbishment.
Current Projects
Full refurbishment in Kensington (£1.1m–£1.2m) – nearing completion
Ground and lower ground floor apartment refurbishment in Victoria (£1m) – commencing mid-July
Residential conversion project in Marylebone (£1m) – converting a large property into a 5–6 bedroom HMO
Responsibilities
Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Maintaining programme, quality, budget and health & safety standards
Client and consultant liaison throughout project delivery
Reporting on project progress and commercial performance
Requirements
Proven experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects
Strong knowledge of Central London construction and fit-out projects
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Stable employment history with reputable contractors
