JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting precision engineering and manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business supplying complex components into some of the world's most recognised aerospace and defence organisations, including major OEMs such as BAE Systems, Boeing and Rolls-Royce.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing strategic customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service levels, supporting commercial growth, and acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts. This role is based on a permanent day shift working 39 hours per week.
The Successful Account Manager - Package:
* £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
* Day shift position
* 39-hour working week

The Successful Account Manager - Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for key OEM customer accounts
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
* Manage day-to-day customer communications, order progression, and delivery updates
* Support contract review activities and ensure customer requirements are fully understood
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer commitments are achieved
* Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
* Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and reporting systems
* Support account growth opportunities and identify areas for improved customer service
* Contribute towards the continued growth and success of the commercial function
