Trainee Production Technician
Location: Didcot
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.00 - 4.30 (37.5 hour week)

I'm recruiting for a Trainee Production Technician to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business, supporting production operations and helping to investigate and resolve issues as they arise.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within engineering and manufacturing. Previous experience is helpful, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are far more important.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting day-to-day production activities
* Investigating and helping resolve manufacturing issues
* Working with engineers and production teams to keep operations running smoothly
* Following work instructions and manufacturing procedures
* Learning technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
* Using computer system to record and track information
We're looking for someone who:
* Enjoys solving problems
* Has good basic computer skills
* Can adapt to changing priorities
* Takes ownership and sees tasks through
* Is willing to learn and develop
* Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
