Position: Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
Contract: Full Time

A fantastic school in the Tunbridge Wells area is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and providing interventions to help pupils overcome learning challenges and achieve their goals.
Working alongside teachers and the SEN team, you will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils with SEN across the school
Delivering structured interventions and additional learning support
Working one-to-one and with small groups of students
Supporting students' confidence, independence, and progress
Building positive relationships with pupils and staffWe are looking for someone who:
Has previous SEN support experience
Has experience delivering interventions or targeted support programmes
Is patient, supportive, and adaptable
Has a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
Ideally has a degree in a core subject or Social Science (Psychology, Sociology, Education, etc.)This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within education, including aspiring teachers and experienced support professionals
