Fashion Account Coordinator
Location: West London (Hammersmith)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + Benefits
Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading London-based apparel and uniform design company working with premium global clients across corporate, hospitality, aviation, and retail sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fashion graduate or early-career professional with some office or administrative experience to build a career in client services, account coordination, and apparel operations.
You will support Account Managers with day-to-day client coordination, order processing, and operational administration within a fast-paced but supportive environment.
A background or qualification in fashion, textiles, apparel, or design is highly desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Account Managers with client accounts and order management
* Process and track customer orders, spreadsheets, and system updates
* Coordinate apparel production, embroidery, and customisation requests
* Liaise with clients via phone and email in a professional manner
* Monitor production timelines, deliveries, and critical paths
* Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks
* Support wider operations and logistics coordination where required
About You
* Fashion graduate or degree in fashion, textiles, design, or related field (desirable)
* At least 1 year experience in administration, client services, operations, or coordination
* Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, reliable, and professional approach
Desirable experience:
* Fashion, apparel, textiles, merchandising, or production exposure
* Luxury retail, hospitality, logistics, or project coordination
