Prior experience in an administrative environment, ideally within the automotive sector
Kerridge/Vxperience system knowledge is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with a detail-focused approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently using initiative as well as within a team
Positive attitude towards customer service and administration tasks
