Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a prestigious role in the heart of Central London?

I have an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company, delivering building services to a high-profile building in Marble Arch on behalf of a major property management company.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the smooth day-to-day operation of a landmark commercial building. This is a fantastic chance to work within a professional environment, supporting some of the UK's most prestigious blue-chip companies and financial institutions.

Hours

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements

Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical background
City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification
HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
Confident and professional manner — client-facing experience essentialKey Duties

Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the building
Mechanical PPM on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and associated plant
Maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and associated building services
Water treatment and statutory compliance tasks
Serving both landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estate
Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated maintenance team to deliver an exceptional servicePackage

Basic salary up to £47,000
