Are you passionate about cruise holidays and driven by sales success? We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trade Sales Executive to join our award winning client's fast-paced and growing team.

No two days are the same in this exciting role. You'll work with a steady stream of leads from our client's trusted trade partners, helping customers find their perfect cruise and stay package while delivering exceptional service at every stage of the journey.

As a key member of the Trade Sales team, you will focus on converting trade partner leads into bookings across our client's diverse Cruise & Stay portfolio, including Tailor Made holidays, Bucket List experiences and Dynamic Packages You'll build strong relationships with both customers and trade partners, using your cruise expertise and sales skills to create unforgettable holiday experiences while consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Role of Cruise Trade Sales Executive

* Develop and maintain loyal customer/Trade partner relationships.

* Provide all customers with exemplary customer service.

* Quote and book the right cruise package to meet customers’ needs.

* Complete and attend training as and when required to build and maintain specialist product
knowledge.

* Passion for the Cruise & stay products being sold and consistently demonstrating to our client's Trade
partners.

* Work towards and hit monthly KPI’s.

Skills required for the role:

* Previous cruise sales experience.

* A passion for selling and creating packages.

* Experience in dealing with all cruise line systems and the ability to recommend products depending on the customer's needs or wants.

* Effective communication skills - Email and phone communication, specifically.
