We are looking for an Electromechanical Production Engineer to optimise and support manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production, product quality, and continuous improvement within an electromechanical production environment. This role acts as the key link between Design and Manufacturing, particularly for New Product Introduction (NPI).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimise production processes, work instructions, and test procedures.

Support NPI, running pilot builds, and transitioning products to full-scale manufacturing.

Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, tooling, and fixtures.

Work with Quality Engineering to define inspection methods, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

Provide day-to-day support and training to production staff.

Requirements

Two or more years of experience in production engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing support.

Experience with electromechanical assemblies (motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring).

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D), and ERP and MRP systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in high-mix or low-volume manufacturing environments
