Key Responsibilities:

Commercial management of highway maintenance and improvement schemes
Cost forecasting, valuations, and change management
Contract administration and commercial reporting
Providing commercial advice and risk management support to project teams
Liaising with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within highways or civil engineering
Strong understanding of NEC contracts
Ability to work independently and provide commercial leadership
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
