I'm looking for SAP Consultant who can support on the RE-FX implementation and maintenance. I'm not looking for a SAP RE-FX. Please find here the JD:

Start Date: 13 July 2026
Duration: 7 months
Workload: part time (2.5 days per week)
Location: Fully Remote (EU-based, occasional travel for key project phases)
Languages: Polish (mandatory), English (preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful delivery of real estate and lease management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP RE-FX solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP RE-FX modules to meet business needs.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities, including workshops, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate RE-FX with other SAP modules.
• Provide expertise on lease contracts, property management, and real estate processes.
• Support issue resolution and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP RE-FX Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) configuration and processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Polish (mandatory); English is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of integration with FI, CO, or Asset Management modules.
• Previous experience in international projects.
