Senior ServiceNow Developer (Discovery & CSDM) | Remote | 12 Month Contract
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a global IT team working on a recently deployed ServiceNow platform.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities, with a particular focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB optimisation, and CSDM adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customise ServiceNow solutions across core ITSM modules
- Implement and optimise Discovery and Service Mapping
- Drive CSDM adoption and CMDB maturity
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms and cloud services
- Develop automation through Scripting, workflows and business rules
- Support platform upgrades, maintenance and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and technical teams
Required Experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
- 3+ years working with Discovery, Service Mapping and CSDM
- Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience with cloud and endpoint management platforms
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting skills
- Fluent English communication skills
