Job Description
An experienced manufacturing professional responsible for supporting production operations within a fast-paced engineering environment. The role involves operating specialist equipment, following technical instructions, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring products are completed to required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery

*

Carry out manufacturing and finishing processes in line with company procedures

*

Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation

*

Perform quality inspections using measuring equipment and gauges

*

Record production data and maintain accurate documentation

*

Identify and report equipment faults or production issues

*

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

*

Support continuous improvement and production efficiency activities

Requirements

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment

*

Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications

*

Good attention to detail and quality awareness

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills

*

Flexible and reliable approach to work

Ability to work independently and meet production targets
