Your new role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in supporting laboratory & manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities will include:

Performing routine QC testing on finished products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards
Supporting cleanroom operations (Grade C/D), following aseptic techniques and GMP requirements
Completing and reviewing GMP documentation: batch records and ensuring right-first-time accuracy.
Maintaining laboratory & manufacturing equipment
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall operational performance
Ensuring all activities are completed in line with health, safety, and regulatory requirementsWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.
Hands-on experience in formulation or manufacturing processes is highly desirable, particularly within a laboratory or production setting.
Exposure to cleanroom environments and an understanding of aseptic techniques and GMP standards
Experience carrying out QC testing and/or environmental monitoring would be advantageous.
Working knowledge of GMP documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and quality systems, with a focus on right-first-time accuracy
Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, process-driven environment, working to production timelines and strict quality standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across lab and manufacturing functions
A degree in a relevant life sciences discipline (or equivalent experience)
