Business Support Administrator

The Role
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure projects, processes and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating projects, meetings and team activities
Maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation
Preparing presentations, spreadsheets and business correspondence
Liaising with stakeholders across multiple teams
Monitoring deadlines and following up on actions
Providing administrative support to the wider team
Ensuring information is accurate and presented to a high standard
About You
Previous administration, coordination or business support experience
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
